Do you pay rent every month?
Yes. Once we agree terms and sign the company let agreement, rent is paid monthly as agreed.
Is this an AST tenancy?
No. This is a company let agreement, not a standard AST.
Who looks after the property?
We manage the property day to day, including guests, cleaners, maintenance reporting and general upkeep.
Do you cover damages?
We take responsibility for managing the property professionally and making sure issues are dealt with properly.
How long are your agreements?
We usually look for long-term agreements, normally between 3 and 5 years depending on the property and landlord.
Do you take portfolios?
Yes. We can take single units, multiple apartments, houses and portfolios.
Where do you operate?
We mainly operate in Manchester, Salford and surrounding areas.
